24 Hour availability to accept exam requests

• agents can call an order in directly from a clients home anytime after working hours and on weekends.
• A case sold on a Friday night can be called in that evening, completed over the weekend and the work submitted by the following Monday.

• The individual responsible for tracking cases will be statused by phone or faxed as status occurs.
• This will eliminate follow-up calls made by agents or office staff to request status information. 

• All completed work is collected daily from Vero Beach to Homestead.
• All completed work is processed the same day by our trained processors and the work is given several quality checks to ensure a properly 
  completed product.
• All work will be hand delivered, if permitted, within 48 hours of its completion anywhere within our territory;  This will eliminate any dependence on the Postal
  Service.

• All clients will be asked to fill out our referral card which we will take with us after our visit. 
• The card requests referrals from the client in an effort to generate more business for the agent.
• A performance indicator is also included and our examiners have been trained on how to leave the card with the client.
• We have averaged 15 to 20 referrals a day.  One of them could be for you!
